What does it cost?

We are here to encourage the restoration of health to those in need. The organization is run 100% on charitable donations, fundraisers, and low-cost membership fees. Please contact the gym for the latest fees. We accept credit cards through this website. You can also donate with cash, check, or credit card at our gym. Setup for reoccurring payments (automatic) are highly recommended.

Where are you located?

We are in the Mid-Cities in Euless. Our address is: 1361 W. Euless Blvd. #101, Euless, TX 76040. Please call 817.571.1323 for more information or see the location page for details. Euless Blvd is also known as TEXAS 10. We are a short distance west of the TEXAS 10 / 157 intersection, on the north side of Texas 10 immediately behind Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.

How do I utilize the facility?

It’s very simple, all you have to do is contact NFF to set up your first appointment, get a physician’s release form and we will set you up with an exercise program to get you started. Forms and the client registration packet are downloadable here.

Who can use the facility?

Anyone with a neurological impairment such as Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke, closed head injury, Guillain-Barre, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson’s, Lou Gehrig’s, Cerebral Palsy and many others.

Is there any public transportation that will take me to your facility?
